HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – The Hampton Police Division (HPD) is seeking the public’s help after a commercial burglary early Tuesday morning.
The HPD is looking for four suspects in connection with a commercial burglary at Mercury Pawn located in the 3300 block of West Mercury Boulevard. Police said the burglary occurred at approximately 2:33 a.m.
Officers arrived to the scene and found the front door and wire barrier damaged.
An investigation revealed four individuals broke through the door and wire barrier.
Police said three of the four suspects then entered Mercury Pawn, taking several items and then leaving to join the fourth suspect. Two of the suspects fled on foot east on West Mercury Boulevard, while the other two suspects fled on foot west.
Descriptions of the suspects can be found below:
- Suspect 1: Described as a Black male of medium build, wearing a red and black hoodie, black mask, black pants, black shoes with a white top and carrying bolt cutters.
- Suspect 2: Described as a Black male of medium build, carrying a white shirt while wearing a white jacket with a hood, black mask, black pants and black shoes.
- Suspect 3: Described as a Black male of thin build, wearing a navy blue hoodie, black shorts, black socks, white shoes, black mask and a black bookbag on the front of his body.
- Suspect 4: Described as an unknown-race, wearing a light blue hoodie, black mask, black pants and white shoes
