HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Hampton police are conducting a homicide investigation on Manchester Drive, on the western side of the city.
Hampton police were called to the 200 block of Manchester Drive at 6:22 a.m. Wednesday. Officers arrived to find 23-year-old Edward Brown Jr. shot to death.
Detectives have classified his death as a homicide. There is no suspect information at this time.
