GLOUCESTER, Va. (WAVY) – Nearly 2,000 people were without power in Gloucester Thursday morning.
The outage impacted residents in the Ark, Gum Fork and Wood Crossroads areas of the county.
According to Dominion Energy, the outage impacting the Gum Fork area is due to a tree on the line.
