CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Chesapeake police say the body found Friday in Chesapeake was that of a man reported missing back in January.
Police announced Monday that the deceased was Thomas Wayne Snipes, who was last seen Jan. 16. No foul play is suspected, police say.
Snipes’ body was found around 7:20 a.m. Friday in the area of Shell Road and Magnolia Drive after someone notified police.
