CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — An arrest has been made in connection to a shooting in Chesapeake that killed a 14-year-old boy, and left four others hurt.
21-year-old Keyshawn Jahkari Marcel Shannon has been charged in connection to the incident, police said. The incident occurred on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023, in the 1300 block of Drayton Road. Five victims were hit, including three juveniles.
Shannon was arrested on March 26 and his arraignment was the following day. His bond hearing is expected to take place on March 29.
