JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — The body of a boater from Surry County who went missing on Monday has been recovered.
The Virginia Marine Resources Commission confirmed Russell Hines’ body was recovered Thursday near Mount Pleasant Plantation on the James River.
The body was spotted by a citizen and recovered by Virginia Marine Police.
