DARE COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — The Dare County Sheriff’s Office said a man has been arrested after allegedly stabbing another person on Roanoke Island.
At 12:21 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to 150 block of Etheridge Road after a 911 call claiming a person had been stabbed. Once on scene, officers arrested the suspect.
Dylan Riggs, 18, of Manteo, has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill inflicting serious injury. He is currently being held without bond.
