FAIRFAX, Va. (WAVY) — Detectives have arrested the former boyfriend of Jholie Moussa, the 16-year-old found dead in a Northern Virginia park earlier this year.
Nebiyu Ebrahim, 18, faces first-degree murder in connection to the Fairfax County teen’s death.
Authorities originally thought Moussa was headed to Norfolk when she disappeared in January. They later found her body in Alexandria.
Investigators say Ebrahim had a history of assaulting Moussa.
