PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Police have launched a homicide investigation into the fatal shooting of a woman that happened Friday afternoon on Fairview Circle.
Portsmouth Police say they were called to the 20 block of the road for the incident around 1:30 p.m.
The woman, identified as 30-year-old Portsmouth resident Toni Isenburg, had an injury to her upper body and was pronounced dead at the scene, police say.
