DARE COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) — Dare County Sheriff’s Office seeks to identify a man in connection to an assault incident that occurred back in June, deputies said.
The alleged assault of a female occurred on June 22 at 4:45 a.m. at a Virginia Dare Rest Area, deputies said.
