Police: 2 wanted in connection to Suffolk homicide

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Two people have been charged in connection to a homicide on Blythewood Lane in Suffolk earlier in May, police said.

Suffolk Police are looking for Amir Rassein Knight, 24, of Suffolk, who has been charged with attempted malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.


They are also looking for Khalil Malik McGlone, 27, of Suffolk, who has also been charged with attempted malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Police said the homicide took place May 9 in the 1300 block of Blythewood Lane, as a man, later identified as Darrell Lamont Knight Jr., 26, of Suffolk, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and died at the scene.

Multiple people are believed to have been in that area during the time of the incident, according to police.
