SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man is dead after being shot multiple times on Cedar Street in Suffolk Monday evening, police said. He was identified as Tevin Jones, 30, of Suffolk.
Around 7:20 p.m., a report of gunshots fired in the 300 block of Cedar Street came in, and when Suffolk Police officers arrived, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, police said. The man was taken to a local hospital, where he died as a result of his injuries.
Police said this is an ongoing investigation.
