NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man has died after a late-night shooting in Norfolk.
Around 11:35 p.m. police responded to the 5800 block of Curlew Drive for the report of a gunshot victim.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found 25-year-old Rayvone D. Foster suffering from life-threatening injuries.
Foster was rushed to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.
