EDENTON, N.C. (WAVY) – The Edenton Police Department is searching for two individuals in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred Sunday night.
On May 26 at approximately 11:45 p.m., officers arrived to the ECU Health Chowan Hospital after reports of a shooting in the 200 block of Tyler Lane.
Officers arrived to the hospital and found 19-year-old Lamar Jacquon Ford suffering from life-threatening injuries. Ford eventually succumbed to his injuries while at the hospital.
After speaking with several witnesses, the Edenton Police Department developed two people, 32-year-old Joseph Parker and 53-year-old Herbert Ford, as persons of interest.
