DARE COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) – The Dare County Narcotics Task Force arrested 21 people in a drug bust in early March.

The Dare County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by several local police departments as well as the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigations, North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement and Homeland Security Investigations.

Following this months long investigation, 30 people were charged in the drug bust and 21 of them were arrested.

Arrested Individuals

Shevon Harrell from Belhaven, North Carolina was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, one count of possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine within 1000 feet of school property and one count conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine. He is being held without bond. He also has federal charges pending.

Jeremy Lewis from Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina was charged with one count of possession with intent sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance. There is no information on his bond status.

Harrell is the only person arrested who was denied bond and Lewis had not been in front of a judge as of our latest information. The other 19 people arrested were granted secured bonds ranging from $10,000 to $200,000.

John Mackey from Manteo, North Carolina was charged with one count of felony possession of cocaine.

Agustin Silva from Elizabeth City, North Carolina was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and selling or delivering cocaine.

Colin Sherrill Jr. from Manteo, North Carolina was charged with three counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, three counts of maintaining a dwelling place for a controlled substance and one count of possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine within 1000 feet of school property.

Christopher Massoth from Kitty Hawk, North Carolina was charged with three counts each of possession with intent sell or deliver Marijuana and maintaining a dwelling place for a controlled substance.

Joseph Wright from Kitty Hawk, North Carolina was charged with one count each of possession with intent sell or deliver Marijuana, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling place for a controlled substance.

Maya Flowers from Manteo, North Carolina was charged with two counts each of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine and possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine within 1000ft of School.

Dion Daniels from Wanchese, North Carolina was charged with three counts of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine, one count of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine within 1000ft of School and one count of maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance.

Kamari Brooks from Manteo, North Carolina is charged with two counts each of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance.

Ronald George from Manteo, North Carolina was charged with a single count of possession with intent sell or deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance.

Courtney Sadler from Manteo, North Carolina was charged with a single count of possession with intent sell or deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance.

Willie Andrews from Columbia, North Carolina was charged with two counts of possession with intent sell or deliver Marijuana, three counts of maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, three counts of selling or delivering a schedule VI controlled substance, one count of possession with intent sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, one count of selling or delivering cocaine and one count of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine.

Timothy Muldoon from Nags Head, North Carolina was charged with one count each of felony possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and aggravated possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.

Michael Thrash from Manteo, North Carolina was charged with one count each of selling or delivering cocaine, possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine and conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine.

Tony Armstrong from Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina was charged with one count each of selling or delivering cocaine, possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine, and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance.

Brian Shelton from Creswell, North Carolina was charged with two counts of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine, two counts of maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, and one count of conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine.

Torie Scarborough from Manns Harbor, North Carolina was charged with one count each of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine and conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine.

Mark Adams from Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina was charged with one count each of trafficking cocaine by possession, possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine, possession with intent sell or deliver marijuana, and maintaining a dwelling place for a controlled substance.

Marcus Johnson from Powells Point, North Carolina was charged with one count of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine.

Jamell Banks from Manteo, North Carolina was charged with one count each of conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine, possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine, and possess of a schedule II controlled substance.

Facing Charges

The remaining nine people who face charges related to the drug bust have not been arrested.

Lauren Johnson from Manteo, North Carolina is charged with three counts of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine and one count of conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine.

Connor Sadler from Manteo, North Carolina is charged with one count each of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine and conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine. A warrant has been issued for his arrest but he has also not been arrested yet.

Ronnie Brooks from Charlotte, North Carolina is charged with two counts of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine, two counts of maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance, and one count of conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine. A warrant has been issued for his arrest but he has also not been arrested yet.

Shakena White from Charlotte, North Carolina is charged with one count each of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine and conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine. A warrant has been issued for her arrest but she has also not been arrested yet.

Devin Kilgore from Creswell, North Carolina is charged with one count each of possession with intent sell or deliver methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance. A warrant has been issued for his arrest but he has also not been arrested yet.

Bradley Slade form Chesapeake, Virginia is charged with two counts trafficking cocaine by possession, two counts of trafficking cocaine by transportation, one count of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine and one count of conspiracy to sell or deliver cocaine. A warrant has been issued for his arrest but he has also not been arrested yet.

Julian Columbus from Manteo, North Carolina is charged with three counts of possession with intent sell or deliver cocaine, one count of conspiracy to sell or deliver cocaine and one count of manufacturing, selling or delivering, or possessing a controlled substance within 1000ft of school. A warrant has been issued for his arrest but he has also not been arrested yet.

Cody Monroe from Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina is charged with one count each of possessing a schedule I controlled substance and possessing a schedule II controlled substance. A warrant has been issued for his arrest but he has also not been arrested yet.

David Lewis Jr. from Creswell, North Carolina is charged with two counts of conspiring to sell or deliver cocaine and one count of maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance. A warrant has been issued for his arrest but he has also not been arrested yet.
