NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Four men have now been arrested and charged in connection to the murder of a 15-year-old on Herbert Collins Way.
Naquan Alexander, 20, Freddrick Reid, 19, Remono Newby, 19, and Domontae Tyler, 20, are all being held without bail. Police say they’re responsible for the death of Monti Hughes, who was fatally shot August 13.

Alexander was arrested on August 15 and charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the case. On Friday, the Norfolk Police Department announced Newby, Reid and Tyler were also charged.
Newby and Reid face the same charges as Alexander, while Tyler has been charged with being an accessory after the fact.
