USPS, UPS & FedEx holiday shipping deadlines | 2022

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (KTXL/WAVY) — Christmas is only weeks away, and now until then, millions of Americans will work on getting gifts shipped to their loved ones.

While it’s better to take care of shipping earlier, there are lots of people who will wait until the last minute to ship Christmas gifts.

The United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx — the three largest carriers in the country — have published their deadlines for holiday shipping this year.

One important thing to note for Christmas gift shipping this year is that the holiday falls on a Sunday, a traditionally slower day for shipping, so it would be wise to send gifts even earlier than usual.
