PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – To some degree, we are all experts in time, but a person who studies and works on watches, clocks and timekeeping is called a Horologist. Last week, hundreds of Horologists from around the country came to Hampton for the 76th annual National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors National Convention.
