PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Our Pet Pal of the Week is Dalia. She is a 5-year-old pit bull terrier mix from the Virginia Beach SPCA. She’s very sweet and loyal and even knows some basic commands. Dalia would do best in a home with older children who love to cuddle and go for long walks.
