PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Attorney Paul Hernandez joined us with more on Kalfus and Nachman’s annual backpack giveaway and their many other community initiatives. The giveaway is happening Saturday, Aug. 17 from 9 a.m. to noon at the parking lot on 870 North Military Hwy. in Norfolk. Children must be with an adult to receive a backpack. Five of the backpacks will contain a GOLD envelope with a $50 TJ MAXX gift card to help with clothing expenses!
