(WAVY) – Skrimp Shack Chief Operating Officer, Kyle Rowley, and Chesapeake location owner, Darcie Taylor, joined us in the HRS kitchen to cook up some of their favorite po’ boys and their popular Shack Pack. Darcie shared more about her journey to becoming a franchise owner. Her husband was Skrimp Shack’s first employee, and they got an opportunity to open their own store in 2018.
