PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Executive chef, Lloyd Moonga, sous chef, Travis Haywood and restaurant manager, Brittany Stephens, joined us in the HRS kitchen from Renaissance Portsmouth Waterfront Hotel. They showcased some of this season’s most popular menu items: firecracker fantail shrimp, heirloom tomato, peach, and burrata salad, lobster rolls and waterfront mussels. Brittany also whipped up a Roaring Rosemary Mule and cherry blossom elixir.
