PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – This week’s I Am Hampton Roads gives his time, so his animal therapy dog can give her heart. Dick Partos is part of Norfolk Sentara General Hospital’s volunteer program, and walks the hallways twice a week with his faithful friend bringing comfort and joy to patients and staff.
