PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — For brothers Kai Barton and Blayr Barton, the quest for the perfect wave has taken them from paddling alongside their father as little kids near their home in Sandbridge, to competing alongside some of the top surfers around the world. In this week’s I Am Hampton Roads, they look to their future goals while appreciating how special it still is to have a perfect day on the water here at home.
