PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Before taking the Live Music Friday stage, two members of The Vagabonds, Kayden Marquez and Carter Sapp, alongside their mentor, Bobby Blackhat, chatted with us about their love of blues music and how they got together as a band.
