PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The folks from Tabitha’s Touch joined The Hampton Roads Show audience to share details on their 3rd Annual 757 Prom Gown Giveaway for local teens in need.
It’s a special event to make sure every girl in Hampton Roads looks fabulous at her prom in a beautiful dress. The group collected 400 gowns. Jackie Manuel said she created the event so no teen would have to miss out on the special day if she couldn’t afford the right attire.
