PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The Wesley Center is hosting the Blast From The Past concert featuring MC LYTE, BIG DADDY KANE and Friends! The Westly Center works for minority empowerment and building community across racial, economic and social barriers. Their mission is providing multiple programs and support for the urgent and unmet individual, family and community needs.
