PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Beach Pearls Foundation is hosting their annual Derby Soiree next weekend. It is a major fundraiser for the organization’s scholarships and other charitable efforts. President and CEO of the Virginia Beach Pearls Foundation Ramona Taylor gives us some details on the organization and what to expect from the event.
