We didn’t break any records, but it was way above the average of mid 50s. Today we are back to reality. A strong cold front moved through yesterday evening, and now it is dropping to our south.

Rainfall (Meteorological Winter)

I’d say it’s been a pretty wet meteorological Winter (meteorological = Dec, Jan, Feb) overall.

Today we will be dry, but much colder/cooler. High temps will only rise to the upper 40s to near 50 degrees.

Forecast Temps Today

We’ll have lots of sunshine through the day. The wind will decrease from 10-15mph to 5-10mph out of the northwest and then northeast.

Tomorrow we’ll have quiet weather for a while. We’ll be partly cloudy for the first half of the day, but then clouds will increase in the afternoon. We’ll also have some isolated showers late. By the early evening we’ll have lots of scattered rain showers over the area.

Future Trak (Friday Evening)

This will be a weak area of low pressure moving through the region. It will bring us a lot of rain Friday night into Saturday morning.

GFS Model Saturday Morning

The rain should decrease in the afternoon with highs temps near 60 degrees. Then we’ll be dry and mild Sunday and Monday with highs near 60.
