Steve’s Setlist: Taste of winter continues

Our cold blast provides one of the coldest days so far this season, even providing a wind chill factor! Fortunately, there’s no significant precipitation to go along with this colder air, so we can look forward to a brighter and dry weekend, we’ll just need the extra layer to stay warm!

Track 1
Taste by Sabrina Carpenter
A nice taste of winter settles upon us, especially Friday morning, when wind chills will be a factor! Temperatures early Friday morning around the freezing mark could feel more like the mid & upper 20s! Brrr! The breeze continues enough that the wind chill factor could stick around through mid to late morning.

Track 2
Winter Winds by Mumford & Sons
We’re stuck in a chilly and breeze pattern over the next few days. The breeze will continue throughout Friday afternoon and through at least Saturday morning. The westerly winds will occasionally gust to 25-30mph. Nothing too drastic, but when Friday afternoon is barely at 50° and Saturday morning is in the 30s… that’ll feel like winter!

Track 3
Bright Lights by Gary Clark Jr.
The large pocket of cold air to our north slowly slides away for the weekend. Things remain cool, with afternoons near 60° and lows in the 30s and 40s, but it’s the dry air behind this system that settles in and provides much brighter conditions for the weekend. Expect plenty of sunshine with just a few passing clouds both Saturday and Sunday.

Grab the jackets and stay warm!
