Chris Horne has more than 20 years of experience as a reporter and anchor for TV news.
He comes to Hampton Roads from Danville, VA where he was the Director of Communications for the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research, an outreach center for Virginia Tech.
His previous newsrooms were in Ohio, Jacksonville and Winston-Salem.
Chris has served as the on-camera web presence for corporate videos, taught communications at the community college level, and written documentary segments for the Great Scenic Railway Journeys series on PBS.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, he graduated from Lehigh University and lives in Chesapeake.
