SCHEDULE: Specific Shifts as follows: Monday-Friday: 3pm-7pm & 9pm-12 midnight Saturday & Sunday: 4pm-7pm & 9pm-12 midnight

WANTED: Hard-working interns interested in getting real-world experience in the technical, production aspects of local television. If you think you want to direct live TV, control camera operations, become a lighting tech, or work in audio operations, this is the internship for you! During this internship, you will:

  • Robotic Camera operations in the studio during daily newscasts
  • Teleprompter operations for daily newscasts.
  • Daily studio set-up required for daily newscasts. This includes checking lights and general clean-up of the news set.
  • Ross Overdrive operations for daily newscasts.

Applicants must have: 1. Television production courses/background. 2. Good communication skills. 3. Ability to multi-task under pressure. 4. Journalism as part of curriculum is a plus.
