We are all simply stunned at what has happened. We are working with the Virginia Beach Police Department and trying to help them in any we can. We don’t feel it is appropriate to comment until they complete their investigation. We would like to thank the Virginia Beach Police Department for their tireless work and professionalism.
Our staff would like us to open our doors this evening so they can be together during this difficult time.
In the meantime, our prayers go out to the victim’s family and friends.
On Thursday at the courthouse, the teenaged suspect appeared in front of judge. We learned he is only 16. His public defender says he doesn’t have any criminal history and she is asking for the court to allow him to have psychological evaluation.
