PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — If you’re experiencing issues with some Microsoft 365 tools this week, you’re not alone!
Microsoft has a portal where users can check on the service status. On Tuesday, the website still stated “We’ve having issues, but we’re working on it.”
Based on this page, it appears the issues began on Sunday, Nov. 24, but the majority of Microsoft 365 users discovered the outage when they tried to access the impacted tools Monday morning. Outlook mail was just one of the applications experiencing outages.
The company has posted several status updates on the social media platform X. Late Monday they said they restored functionality to all impacted services except Outlook on the web.
