NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The LGBT Life Center in Norfolk hosted its 20th annual Transgender Hampton Roads’ Transgender Day of Remembrance and Resilience on Wednesday.
The event was held at New Life MCC, located at 1000 Sunset Drive.
During the event, members of the community and allies gathered to remember and reflect on trans people who have lost their lives due to violence.
Those interested was able to attend either in person or online through Facebook live.
