HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – A multi-vehicle crash caused major delays on I-64 early Monday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), all west lanes were closed due to the crash. All lanes have since reopened.
Traffic cam of the scene shows a heavy presence of emergency vehicles blocking off the road.
