PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The Landmark Center in South Norfolk is home to ForKids and the work of helping families get back on their feet. ForKids provides emergency shelter to families and children who have fallen on tough times. ForKids recently partnered with volunteers from the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects and MEB Contractors to build a pop up park that has the butterfly in mind.
