PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY)- For the past six decades, the Chesapeake Bay Art Association has raised the standards and provided scholarship support to foster creative minds.
They will be bringing awareness and showcasing their dedication with the 60th Annual Ocean View Art Show. It will take place at Ocean View Beach Park in Norfolk on Saturday and Sunday, October 12-13. The event will support efforts to help foster kids build their dreams and inspirations.
