SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — Deputies with the Southampton County Sheriff’s Office have arrested two teens in connection with a burglary.

On Sept. 24, deputies responded to a breaking and entering in progress on the 11000 block of Old Belfield Road. Detectives were able to identify the suspects based on security footage.

Two days later, a search warrant was obtained for a home on the 10000 block of Fortsville Road in Capron. While executing the search warrant, deputies were able to take 19-year-old William Fenton Bryant, of Stoney Creek, into custody.

On the same day, the second suspect, Navian Lee Wyche, 19, of Capron, turned himself in at the Southampton County Jail.

According to police, both suspects have been charged with breaking and entering to commit larceny, conspiracy to commit a felony, and petit larceny. 

They are both being held at the Southampton County Jail with no bond. Their next court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 10 in Southampton General District Court.
