(WAVY) – For 95 years, the Norfolk Alumnae Chapter of the historically African American sorority Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. has been dedicated to improving lives through scholarships and countless hours of volunteer service. Chapter president, Gardenella Green, Ph.D, shared more about how they’re celebrating and what they’ve been able to accomplish in this Community Connection.
