ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. (WAVY) — The City of Elizabeth City reported a major power outage Tuesday afternoon in a social media post.
According to the Facebook post, the outage was caused by a burned up Dominion Energy wire that supplies power to the city’s substation.
We are working to gather more information about the outage and to get a restoration time.
