PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Young sailors took to the seas thanks to Naval Station Norfolk’s Morale, Welfare and Recreation unit. It was all part of the annual Advanced Junior Sailing Camp where kids aged 8-12 learned how to navigate the open waters.
