NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Chopper 10 flew over the Dali, the cargo ship that caused the deadly Baltimore bridge collapse, as it made its way to Hampton Roads for repairs.
The vessel moved to Norfolk International Terminal North Wednesday night after unloading some of its containers in Portsmouth. The Coast Guard says it will take crews about two months to make the ship seaworthy again.
