NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The Norfolk Police Department is asking members of the community how they can help during their Community Block Talk on Wednesday.

During the event, residents from the Braywood Manor, Meadowbrook Woods, St. Andrews, Tanners Creek and Oakmont North communities are encouraged to share what is on their mind with Norfolk police.

The Community Block Talk is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, June 26 at Rosemont Middle School from 6-7:30 p.m.

Refreshments will be provided during the event.

Officers are offering transportation services for senior residents interested in attending the event. To reserve transportation, contact Officer J. Sarmiento at 757-793-7956.
