NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on Kimball Terrace on Tuesday.
According to officials, officers were dispatched to the 3100 block of Kimball Terrace around 10 a.m. in reference to a shooting.
Officers arrived to the scene and found 32-year-old Bobby Hill suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
After an investigation, detectives arrested and charged 27-year-old Michael Lewis with second-degree murder and use of a firearm around 3 p.m.
Lewis is currently being held in the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
Norfolk Police told 10 On Your Side, patrol officers were stationed in the neighborhood for 48 hours after the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
