MATHEWS COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — Music of America is coming to Mathews County on Wednesday, May 15.
The concert is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. with people gathering at 6 p.m. at the Historic Court Green. The concert is sponsored by the VA250 Committee, and is presented by the Courthouse Community Orchestra.
The orchestra is under the direction of Staff Sergeant Jarret Kocan. The event is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring their family, lawn chairs and picnic baskets.
