NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – The annual Patriotic Festival is bringing some big names in country music to the Scope Arena in Downtown Norfolk for an expanded four nights over Memorial Day weekend.
This year’s lineup features performances by Zac Brown Band, HARDY, Bailey Zimmerman and Warren Zeiders. Tickets are available in-person at the Scope Arena box office, Ticketmaster.com and PatrioticFestival.com.

The festival weekend will also feature a “military zone” with exhibits and corporate displays on the Scope Arena Plaza and upper concourse. This is open to the public and there is no admission fee. The times for these pre-show activities are:

The Patriotic Festival is one of the region’s largest military celebrations and Hampton Roads’ highest attended summer music festival, according to organizers. In 2022, the Patriotic Festival moved from Virginia Beach to Norfolk, which is home to the world’s largest naval station, Naval Station Norfolk.
