One simple dish called Potato Florentine Skillet Egg Casserole by Chef Ace Ponder from Kroger Mid-Atlantic showed us how it was done. Ace was joined in the kitchen by Madeline Gilmore who told us about Kroger’s Zero Hunger, Zero Waste program.
