PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Portsmouth police are investigating a fatal crash Monday night.
Dispatchers got the call about the crash in the 4100 block of Twin Pines Road at Branch St. just before 9 p.m.
A man was confirmed dead at the scene, and two other passengers were taken to the hospital in serious condition, police say.
Photos from the scene show a car with heavy damage.
