NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Local contractor Steve Ballard has been one of Old Dominion University’s most prominent boosters for over two decades, and it was no surprise when a decade ago the University named the stadium at Foreman Field after Steve and his wife BJ.
WAVY Sports Director Bruce Rader spoke to Ballard, who promised he could rebuild the entire stadium in nine months, a seemingly impossible deadline, and did it.
